License Requirement
In order for a warrior to qualify for a donated big game hunting license, the Wyoming Game and Fish Department requires a VA letter stating that the individual has a service-connected disability rating of 50% or higher.
This is the Game and Fish Departments requirement for us to legally transfer/donate a license.
